This Moody 35CC has been in the same ownership for several years. Her bottom has been epoxied and she has been well maintained and serviced. She has a host of modern navigation and safety equipment making her a safe long distance passage maker. She also has a comprehensive set of charts and pilot books.
She is a good looking vessel with three separate cabins. The forward cabin has a double berth and the main saloon salon has 2 settee berths and a large table. Leading off the main saloon through the galley is the generous sized master cabin which would not be out of place in a much larger boat.
The very generous heads are located to port and include a good sized shower.
The engine compartment can be accessed by the removal of 2 panels located in the galley and the master cabin, giving ease of access to all parts of the engine.
The galley is big enough for any 5 star chef
Some of the internal woodwork would benefit from a re-varnish but this is a well loved boat, reluctantly on the market due to ill health.
She is suitable for many purposes, from long distance passage maker, family weekender and holiday maker to a liveaboard and is competitively priced.
