Good news!
I have just been speaking to Premier Marina in Chichester and they tell me that they have today been given permission to start leisure boating again

Apparently they will be opening the lock and carrying on as normal (observing social distancing) they will not however be allowing visiting yachts to enter. They are also allowing viewings with the appropriate caveats
I would imagine that most other marinas will be following suit
